The 2025 National A-Grade Volleyball Championship Finals will take place from October 23 to November 2 in Hà Tĩnh, featuring 15 teams competing for promotion to the 2026 National Volleyball Championship.

Men's category: Vĩnh Long, Hà Tĩnh, Bình Dương Construction Materials, Mobile Police Command, Military Region 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Quảng Nam
Women's category: Quảng Ninh, Youth Information - Northeast, Youth VTV Bình Điền Long An, Vĩnh Phúc, Bắc Ninh, Thái Nguyên, Hà Nội, Hải Dương.

According to the regulations published on the Vietnam Volleyball Federation’s official website, teams will be divided into two groups, playing classification matches to determine the quarterfinal pairings, followed by knockout rounds to crown the champion and secure promotion to next season's national championship.

The defending champions of the National A-Grade Championship for men and women are Ho Chi Minh City Police and Ho Chi Minh City respectively. The promotion candidates this season include Bình Dương Construction Materials, Hà Tĩnh (men) and Quảng Ninh, Hà Nội, Bắc Ninh (women).
