Sinner publicly reveals his girlfriend after winning the Vienna Open

Jannik Sinner formally announced his new girlfriend since parting ways with Anna Kalinskaya at the beginning of the year.

After a comeback victory over Alexander Zverev 3-6, 6-3, 7-5 in the 2025 Vienna Open final last night on October 26 (Vietnam time), securing his fourth title of the season, Jannik Sinner delivered an emotional speech at the Wiener Stadthalle stadium. The Italian player expressed his joy at achieving another major win and gave heartfelt thanks to his family, friends, and especially his girlfriend Laila Hasanovic — a Danish model who appeared publicly alongside his family for the first time.

"To everyone here — my family, my girlfriend, my friends, and my team — thank you so much for always supporting me.", Sinner said amid applause from thousands of fans. This moment marked the first time the world No. 2 publicly confirmed his romantic relationship, ending much speculation over recent months.

Laila Hasanovic, born in 2000 in Denmark, is a well-known model with over 350,000 followers on her personal Instagram. Before developing a relationship with Sinner, Hasanovic was previously linked to fellow Dane Jonas Wind (VFL Wolfsburg striker) and Mick Schumacher — the German racing driver and son of F1 legend Michael Schumacher.

Sinner continues his fondness for dating older women by being with Hasanovic. Previously, the 22-year-old player was seen with model Maria Braccini and Russian tennis beauty Anna Kalinskaya (both born in 1998).

Alongside his gratitude towards his girlfriend and family, Sinner also congratulated his opponent Alexander Zverev — whom he faced in the Australian Open final earlier this year.

"Sascha, I know this year has been tough for you because of injuries, but you played exceptionally well throughout this tournament.", Sinner shared, showing respect for the German player.

He also did not forget to thank his coach Darren Cahill and the rest of his team in English.

"Sometimes understanding me is not easy, but you have always been there, and I truly appreciate it.", the world No. 2 stated.
