Harry Kane is encouraged to depart Bayern Munich to join Real Madrid, a place where he can partner with Kylian Mbappe and complete the “galaxy” of stars in the royal club’s new era.
Harry Kane’s future is becoming a hot topic in European media, with former star Chris Waddle suggesting that the English striker should leave Bayern Munich to join Real Madrid, where he could become a true “Galactico” alongside Kylian Mbappe.
Since joining Bayern in the summer of 2023, Kane quickly proved his worth by helping the “Bavarians” win the Bundesliga and surpass 100 goals in just over one season. He broke the “trophy drought” that had haunted him at Tottenham and demonstrated the quality of a world-class striker. However, according to German media, Kane’s contract includes a clause allowing him to leave in the summer of 2026, opening the possibility of a return to the Premier League or a move to La Liga.
Speaking on BoyleSports, Chris Waddle stated: “Harry Kane has the ability to break Alan Shearer’s scoring record if he returns to England. But if he leaves Bayern, I want to see him at Real Madrid. Kane is not just a goal scorer; he can also play as a number 10, with excellent vision and passing skills. At Madrid, he would be the perfect partner for Mbappe.”
Waddle believes Real Madrid is lacking a true center forward after Benzema’s departure, while Vinicius Jr is rumored to possibly leave Bernabeu. In that scenario, Mbappe would return to his favored left wing position, and Kane would take the central striker role—a combination capable of dominating Europe.
Apart from Real, both Barcelona and Tottenham are mentioned as possible options. However, Real Madrid is seen as the most attractive choice if Kane wants to complete his legacy with Champions League titles, something he has yet to achieve in his career.
At 32 years old, Harry Kane faces an important crossroads: to continue conquering with Bayern Munich or to seek new glory at Real Madrid, where he can stand alongside the world’s biggest stars.
