The conclusion of the 2025 U17 National Championship Qualifiers has confirmed the 12 teams advancing to the Finals.

After more than three weeks of intense competition across 10 qualifying rounds, the 2025 U17 National Football Championship has officially identified the 12 outstanding teams that earned the right to participate in the Finals, scheduled from September 14 to 26, 2025, in Bà Rịa – Ho Chi Minh City.

In Group A, Thể Công Viettel defeated Huế 2-1 to firmly secure first place with 19 points. The 1-1 draw between Công An Hà Nội and Hà Nội allowed the capital team to finish second with 14 points, while Công An Hà Nội ranked third with 12 points.

Group B saw PVF-CAND confirm their dominance with a 0-0 draw against Thép Xanh Nam Định, closing the qualifiers with 24 points and topping the group. SLNA edged Hải Phòng 1-0 to claim second place with 21 points. Meanwhile, Đông Á Thanh Hóa ended the qualifiers with a commanding 8-2 victory over Luxury Hạ Long.

In Group C, TP.HCM made an impression with a 4-2 win over SHB Đà Nẵng, while Gia Lai and HAGL shared points in a 3-3 draw. These results helped LPBank HAGL (15 points) take the top spot, SHB Đà Nẵng (13 points) finished second, and TP.HCM (12 points) placed third.

Group D witnessed consistent performance from CLB BĐ TP.HCM as they defeated Đồng Nai 4-1 to confirm their number one position with 22 points. An Giang (17 points) drew 1-1 with Vĩnh Long to maintain second place, while Becamex TP.HCM overcame Tây Ninh 2-1 to finish third with 14 points.

At the end of the qualifiers, eight direct slots went to the four group winners: Thể Công Viettel (A), PVF-CAND (B), LPBank HAGL (C), CLB BĐ TP.HCM (D – also the Finals host), along with the four runners-up: Hà Nội (A), SLNA (B), SHB Đà Nẵng (C), and An Giang (D). The three best third-placed teams were Công An Hà Nội (A), Thép Xanh Nam Định (B), and TP.HCM (C). Since CLB BĐ TP.HCM already qualified by merit, the host's special spot was transferred to the remaining third-placed team, Becamex TP.HCM (D).

The Finals of the 2025 U17 National Football Championship – Thái Sơn Nam Cup will take place from September 14 to 26 in Bà Rịa – Ho Chi Minh City, promising exciting and intense matches featuring the top upcoming talents from leading clubs and youth academies nationwide.
