Hansen Yang's teammate is selling his house! Holiday intends to put his 822-square-meter mansion on the market with a listing price of $6.9 million.

On October 22nd Beijing time, as reported by the New York Post, Jrue Holiday ended his association with the Celtics without hesitation. Only a few months after being traded to the Trail Blazers, he listed his luxury home in Massachusetts for $6.9 million.

The 35-year-old athlete was traded from the Celtics to the Trail Blazers in July of this year, and by October, he had put this roughly 822-square-meter mansion on the market. In May 2024, Holiday purchased the property for $6.5 million; it features 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.

This is a brand-new modern-style building that exudes luxury. The spacious and bright rooms feature plenty of stylish light wood finishes combined with a simple white and brown color scheme, creating a rich upscale atmosphere. The listing highlights that this residence “rarely combines prime location, modern luxury style, and exquisite craftsmanship.” Inside the mansion, there is a custom home theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a private gym with an independent sauna.

Holiday began his college basketball career at UCLA and was selected 17th overall in the first round of the 2009 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers, marking the start of his professional career. After four years with the 76ers, Holiday moved on to the Pelicans and Bucks before joining the Celtics for the 2023-24 season. Throughout his career, Holiday has won two NBA championships, been named to the All-Defensive Team six times, and selected as an All-Star twice.

Like Chinese player Hansen Yang, Holiday also joined the Trail Blazers this summer. The Trail Blazers’ regular season opener will tip off at 10 a.m. Beijing time on October 23rd.
